Sometimes in life, you are faced with difficult problems that prove to be challenging and you may find yourself in places you hadn’t expected to be. Some of them are positive and bring joy, while others are challenging, even difficult. Through these challenges and transitions, you may experience depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. Reaching out for help through a supportive therapeutic relationship with me can be a positive move that will help you understand yourself better and improve your life.

I strongly believe that an important part of effective therapy is a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship. I aim to make your therapy experience a positive place where you feel heard, empowered, and encouraged. Therapy can help you feel better and increase insight into your life by gaining the tools and insight to unlock your full potential.

I strive to provide a safe, supportive, confidential, and collaborative environment. I use an insight-oriented, highly personalized approach treating the whole person, not only the symptoms, to help you identify your strengths and build upon them. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, trauma, and substance use. I have training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and substance abuse.
