Experiencing challenges like anxiety and depression is common, and sometimes can be too difficult to face alone. Many people never give themselves the opportunity to get help with these treatable issues. I believe that making the choice to seek professional help can be one of the best decisions you will ever make in terms of your overall health. With time, individuals can develop a stronger sense of self, resilience, and emotional intelligence through treatment. As a therapist, I have a genuine interest in collaborating with individuals in this rewarding and valuable process.

I completed my Master’s education in Clinical Social Work from Wayne State University, where I specialized in Interpersonal Practice with a concentration in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples of diverse backgrounds. I provide services for those needing life direction, as well as those dealing with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, addiction and relationship problems. In my office, people can expect an accepting environment, an active listener, and sound guidance. By staying committed and truthful in the therapeutic process, positive change and growth is very possible.

A little bit more information about me

I consider myself to be adventurous, open-minded, and curious. I am motivated to continue traveling to places that I have yet to explore. I continue to expand my eclectic taste in music, ranging from The Killers, Johnny Cash, John Legend, J Cole, Jason Mraz, John Mayer, among many others. While I can appreciate any sport, soccer, hockey and basketball are my personal favorites. Also, watching Oscar-nominated films every year is an underrated hobby that I would recommend to anybody. There is more to see, experience, and learn from in any stage of our lives and I want to help people to do just that!
