My goal is to help children, adolescents and adults develop the tools, skills, and new patterns of behavior to create lasting change. I believe the challenges we face are opportunities for healing and growth.

I hold a BA in Psychology from Michigan State University and a Masters in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. My clinical experience includes working with individuals with depression, anxiety, behavioral and academic difficulties.

I specialize in the treatment of children, adolescents, adults and families. In my view the treatment approach should fit the specific psychological and emotional suffering. I use techniques tailored to each client, responding to their unique needs. I am competent with a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Play Therapy, and Mindfulness.

I strive to create a calm, comforting, and supportive environment for each and every client that steps into my office.

A little bit more about me

In college, I was on a ski team where I traveled all over Michigan to compete. I enjoy eating vegetarian. I started a vegetarian/vegan club to support others on their journey. I enjoy spending my time exploring Detroit and all it has to offer!
